What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone, and service address.
- Home details: size, rooms, pets, and service notes you give us.
- Entry details: keys, lockbox or door codes you provide.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We don't store full card numbers.
- Before/after photos of cleaned areas (see Photos in our Terms). You can opt out.
- Website data: basic analytics (pages visited, how you found us).
How we use it
- To quote, schedule, perform and confirm your cleaning; process payments; and contact you about your service.
- To send tips and offers by email only if you opt in. Unsubscribe anytime.
- To improve our service and keep our records.
Who we share it with
- Your assigned cleaner (only what they need: address, entry details, service notes).
- Service providers that help us run the business: booking and scheduling, payments, email, and website hosting.
- If required by law.
- We never sell your personal information.
How we protect it
- Access is limited to people who need it. Entry codes and photos stay in our booking system, not on personal phones.
How long we keep it
- While you're a client and for up to 7 years after, for records and taxes. Entry codes are deleted when service ends. Photos are deleted after 90 days.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information: hello@oakbrightcleaning.com.
- Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link) or texts (reply STOP).
- Turn off photos for your home anytime.
Children
Our services and website aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
